agreed to acquire the company for USD 1. 9 billion in cash. As of January 2022, PAE Inc. is being led by Charles Peiffer, as its Interim President and CEO, and employs over 20,000 employees, across 60 countries worldwide.
The company delivers operational solutions and outsourced services through its business segments, Global Mission Services (GMS) and National Security Solutions (NSS). The firm’s offerings include business process solutions, counter-threat advisory solutions, information optimization services, infrastructure and logistics services, intelligence solutions, international logistics and stabilization services, and maintenance and repair services for military and civilian vehicle fleets. PAE Inc. generated a revenue of USD 747 million in Q2, 2021, and USD 2.
7 billion in the financial year ended December 2020. The transaction with Amentum Services, Inc. is expected to be close in Q1, 2022, and upon completion, PAE Inc. will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Amentum Services, Inc.
