In June 2025, OpenTrade raised USD 7 million in venture funding co-led by new investors Notion Capital and Mercury Fund, with participation from returning investors AlbionVC, Andreessen Horowitz, and CMCC Global. Open Trade Technology Ltd develops a treasury management platform that sources financial assets via a global network of financial institutions and B2B networks and structures them into yield-bearing, on-chain financial products. Its users can deposit USDC and/or EUROC from their own wallets into on-chain liquidity pools with specific investment criteria, underlying assets, and target yield, as well as receive ERC-20 liquidity pool tokens in their own wallets representing a pro-rata claim on the NAV of the liquidity pool and its underlying financial assets.
The company will use the June 2025 funding for product development.
