Based in Bermuda, and founded by Serafin Lion Engel, Omni Ltd. is a digital wallet that collects and displays NFTs in addition to storing various cryptocurrencies. In May 2022, Omni Ltd. raised USD 11 million in seed funding led by new investor Spartan Group, with participation from other new investors Chorus One AG, Daedalus Angel, Eden Block, Figment VC, GSR Ventures, Kosmos Ventures, Lattice Capital, OP Crypto, PrimeBlock Ventures, and Shima Capital.
The round was part of a larger USD 50 million post-money valuation. Omni Ltd goes beyond digital asset management by providing a news feed that keeps users up to date on recent market trends and industry events, as well as an explore feature that exposes users to a suite of extremely useful DeFi (decentralized finance) and NFT (non-fungible token) protocols. The users can currently stake a variety of tokens, manage assets cross-chain, and collect and display NFTs using the company's wallet. The firm provides an app that is available for both iOS and Android devices.
Omni Ltd plans to use the May 2022 funding to widen the scope of its service.
