In September 2025, Nuray closed a venture funding led by new investor China National Nuclear Corporation Capital, with participation from new investors Changzhou Huake Venture Capital, China Vision Valley Fund and Lotus Lake Capital. The company provides cutting-edge X-ray imaging devices and integrated solutions for medical diagnostics, industrial nondestructive testing, and security screening. Their flagship products include an intraoral 3D imaging system and various multi-beam X-ray tubes designed for medical, dental, and industrial applications.

Additionally, their compact multi-beam X-ray tubes enable quick static multi-angle X-ray scanning for applications in security inspection, medical imaging, and non-destructive testing (NDT). Nuray’s products are marketed primarily in North America and Europe, catering to hospitals, dental clinics and industrial manufacturers. The company generates revenue primarily through the sales of its advanced X-ray source products and system solutions to the healthcare, industrial, and security sectors. The funding raised in September 2025 will primarily be used to increase the production capacity of its innovative "cold cathode" X-ray sources and accelerate their application development and commercialization in medical imaging, industrial non-destructive testing, security inspection, and other scenarios.
