Based in New South Wales, Australia, and founded in 2016, LineSoft Pty Ltd, formerly known as Power Lines Pro and doing business as Neara, operates a cloud-based enterprise platform that allows electricity distributors and transmitters to design, simulate and manage their assets through 3D digital twin modeling, which combines physics, engineering, and machine learning. The company was founded by Daniel Danilatos and is backed by the recent Series A round investors Square Peg Capital, Skip Capital, and Grok Ventures. In February 2026, Neara raised AUD 90 million in series D funding led by TCV, with participation from Partners Group, EQT, Square Peg and Skip Capital. Neara offers three products namely Neara Designer, Neara Analytics, and Neara Point Cloud.

Neara Designer accelerates the design process to build cloud-based engineering-grade 3D models of network assets while Neara Analytics conducts network-wide scenario analysis for data-driven decisions across companys' asset management, operations, and planning. Neara Point Cloud creates a customized end-to-end solution for point-cloud data in one platform. The company generates revenue through service fees and subscriptions from clients mainly utility and electricity companies.   The company plans the February 2026 funding to advance the deployment of its digital twin technology, which merges internet-of-things data and artificial intelligence to build 3D models of power grids.
