Fynder created Fy using a fermentation process with Fusarium strain yellowstonensis. It is a nutrient-dense fungal protein that uses only a fraction of the land, water, and energy required by traditional agriculture.

The Fy is produced using traditional, animal-free protein sources to create various food products. Its products include dairy-free cream cheese and meatless breakfast patties. Nature’s Fynd generates revenue by distributing its fungi-based protein products such as meatless patties, dairy-free yogurt, and cream cheese through retail stores, online platforms, and foodservice channels. These commercial avenues form the core of its income streams, supported by scalable fermentation technology and potential licensing opportunities.
