The company also offers employee liquidity programs, which allow employees and shareholders of private companies to sell vested stock or restricted stock units (RSUs) through block trades and tender offers. NPM supports custom liquidity programs and price discovery through corporate-sponsored tender offers and auctions, enabling transactions in private company stock.
