In April 2023, N1 Life raised pre-series A funding led by new investor Legend Capital, with participation from other new investors, China Medical System Holdings, Sino-Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park Industrial Investment, Haoping Investment, and returning investor Frees Fund. N1 Life provides peptide-drug conjugates (PDC) drugs based on self-developed a set of drug delivery tools, Absotride.
Absotride includes three parts, peptide transporter, linker, and payload drugs. It developed cancer-targeting peptide Meta Tide that can identify the tumor microenvironment and deliver drugs, and reduce toxic side effects from systemic exposure and drug overdose.
