Founded in 2012 by CEO Mike Henry-Redwood and Dave Fick-Austin, and based in Texas, US, Mythic Inc. , fka Isocline Engineering Corporation, provides artificial intelligence ranging from neural networks to low-level devices physics, software design, and processor architecture. In December 2025, Mythic Inc. raised USD 125 million in venture funding led by returning investor DCVC, with participation from other returning investors Atreides Capital, Future Ventures, Catapult, and Lockheed Martin Ventures.

New investors New Enterprise Associates, SoftBank Ventures Korea Corp. , S3 Ventures, Linse Capital, One Madison Group, UDC Ventures, Honda Motor, and other unspecified investors also participated in the round. The company’s product is built on three fundamental hardware technologies: Compute-in-Memory, Dataflow Architecture, and Analog Computing and includes Analog Matrix Processors (AMP™) that utilize the Analog Compute Engine (ACE™) for deterministic execution of AI applications; and M. 2 cards; PCIe Evaluation Cards and Evaluation systems built with AMP™ for high-performance and power-efficient AI inference for edge devices and edge servers ideal for processing Deep Neural Network (DNN) models in a wide range of applications such as video surveillance and analytics, industrial machine vision, drone, and AR/MR.

The company’s technology can be used in a variety of applications such as smarter cities and spaces, personalized devices and services such as consumer electronics, autonomous vehicles and ADAS stacks, intelligent machines and robots, and smart camera systems as well as for the aerospace, and automotive sectors. For AI developers, the Mythic SDK streamlines the preparation of trained neural networks for edge and low-latency data center deployments and also performs automatic optimization and compilation of dataflow graphs for unique architecture. The company plans to utilize the December 2025 funding to grow its energy-saving AI computing technology and extend its presence in data center, automotive, robotics, and defense sectors.
