The firm operates a fleet of over 350 vehicles and 21 local fulfillment hubs and offers services across Egypt including Alexandria, Nasr City, Pyramid Gardens, Helwa, Haram, Mohandseen, New Cairo, Shoubra, Ain Shams, Maadi, and 6th of October city. In May 2022, c raised USD 9. 6 million in Seed funding led by new investor Lorax Capital Partners, with participation from another new investor Fawry Banking & Payment Technology Services Ltd.

The firm offers, door-to-counter, counter-to-counter, and counter-to-door delivery services, in addition to regular door-to-door parcel delivery, to assist businesses in selecting a delivery method based on their budget and the convenience of their customers. To customers, the firm offers the flexibility to choose a time for the delivery of the parcel. The firm owns fulfillment centers where they store essentials and highly demanded products for faster delivery. The firm also offers a platform for e-commerce websites that depend on social media for advertising their products to showcase their products using the firm’s website.

Additionally, The firm offers elite delivery services for premium products at a higher rate. Furthermore, Mylerz offers a detailed analysis to their e-commerce suppliers of their customers’ sales and consumer behavior, including information on demographics and geographical areas where they achieve higher sales, intended to assist their sales strategies. The company intends to use the May 2022 funding to accelerate and expand its operations in Egypt and North Africa.
