Based in Ontario, Canada, and founded in 2017 by its CEO Daniel Levine and co-founders Steven Pulver, Sean Bernstein, and Brian Hunt, MinuteBox Inc. operates as a provider of a cloud-based entity management platform that primarily serves lawyers, law firms, general counsel, accounting firms, and corporate secretarial customers. In March 2022, MinuteBox Inc. raised CAD 5 million in seed funding led by individual investors with participation from new investor Cowie Capital Partners.
