Later in September 2012, the consortium led by RMB Corvest, alongside the company's management, agreed to fully acquire MineRP Holdings (Proprietary) Limited from the Gijima Group.
The transaction was completed in November 2012. Shalamuka Capital and RMB Corvest exited their stake in MineRP. MineRP provides planning, scheduling, execution, and interoperability platform solutions that consolidate mine plans, financial budgets, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) plans schedules across horizons and in line with long-term goals and operational activities as well as detailed shift plan for seamless work management and advanced analytics artificial intelligence and machine learning for safe and productive outcomes.
