Micro-Technology

Established in 2017 and based in Chengdu, China, Micro-Technology is an electronics company that focuses on the development and sale of three-dimensional packaging substrates for integrated circuits. The company has acuqired China National High-tech Enterprise Certification and ISO9001 Quality System Certification. In 2022, it invested CNY 80 million to establish a TGV substrate and 3D integrated packaging pilot line in Dongguan Songshan Lake. The founder of the company, Zhang Jihua, is a professor at the University of Electronic Science and Technology.

It has partnerships with CEC, Schott Glass, Huawei, Konka Optoelectronics, and BOE. In September 2025, Micro-Technology raised Series A funding from new investors Hua Capital Management, GLP Hidden Hill Capital, Chengdu Jinkong Finance Development Fund, CDHT Hi-Tech Venture and Grit Ventures. The company's self-developed products include electronic cigarette atomizers, Glass Barrier, 3D glass microfabrication, Micro/Mini-LED substrates, IPD passive integrated devices, special electronic materials, and TGV-related special process equipment. The products can be used in the field of advanced 3D system packaging, high Q microwave/THz devices, optical/RF MEMS, and microfluidic chips.

Micro-Technology generates revenue through equipment sales, process service contracts, and technology licensing. Additional income may come from joint development projects and long-term supply agreements with institutional clients.
