Founded in 2007 and based in Xi'an, China, Micot is a peptide new molecular entity drug developer that focuses on development of new peptide drugs for diabetes and nervous system injury. The company has a global of more than 60 employees and consultants, including more than 20 scientists and clinical specialists. The company has research and operation center in the USA, and has set up branch offices in Suzhou, Shanghai, and Hong Kong. Johns Hopkins University has cooperated with the company.

Micot has obtained and applied more than 30 authorized patents. In October 2025, Micot closed a series D funding round. The company dedicated to the research and development of novel molecular drugs for bi-functional and multifunctional specific peptides. The company also provided users with Bio-Res-Deliv, a biomolecular respiratory drug delivery system.

It develops product chain of 17 new drug varieties which can be used in major diseases such as cardiovascular and metabolic diseases in ischemic heart disease, stroke, anti-thrombus, nervous system injury and degeneration, diabetes mellitus fields. Micot generates revenue by developing peptide drugs.
