Based in Zurich, Switzerland, and founded in 2016, Memox Innovations AG engaged in providing equipping meeting rooms along with booking support, organizing catering or supporting programs to moderating workshops. As of December 2022, the company provides functional spaces in Frankfurt, Zurich, and Basel led by its CEO Dirk Reiner. In October 2023, Memox Innovations AG raised EUR 2. 8 million in Series A funding co-led by FortyOne Group and Swiss Prime Site.

Memox Innovations AG provides space with a productive working atmosphere, workshop corner, lounge corner, own bistro and break area, and hardware equipment from visualization areas to projectors and screens for communication of new developments or board meetings, training/education, and cross-company collaboration as well as host Design Thinking, Scrum, UX, and Strategy workshops. In addition to its own spaces, the company provides co-managed to fully operated on-site solutions such as catering, organization & planning, moderation and workshop tools, huge whiteboard walls, flipcharts, furniture, the yoga session, and a moderator for corporates, hotels, and business centers. The company plans to use the October 2023 funding to expand its market in the DACH region.
