In 2021, Blackstone Group, Carlyle Group, and Hellman & Friedman acquired a majority stake in Medline Industries, Inc. Medline Industries’ product line includes wound healing products, such as dressings, gels, antimicrobial powder, retention tapes, and hydrocolloids as well as anesthesia, apparel, beds, and mattresses, central sterile products such as containers, sterilization monitoring products, and sterilization pouches and diagnostic equipment. Additionally, Medline offers foot and ankle care products, gloves, lab supplies, central sterile, diagnostics, durable medical equipment (DME), and more.
