The company operates businesses including PortLog, a company that provides a platform for predicting the financial impact of terminal time and conditions; DA-Desk, a port cost management company that provides agent appointments, voyage closing, and payment services; PortsDirect, which provides a procurement services platform and provides procurement of discounted rate agreements with port services providers such as towage, launches, pilotage companies, and the subsequent provision of those agreements to vessel operating companies; MarTrust, a payment processing company which provides an online app or e-wallet and payment card to make international payments to the crew, port agencies, and suppliers; MCaaS, which provides screening services such as third-party screening, vessel screening, and cargo screening for export controls and sanctions compliance; CP-Desk, for CP (charter parties) review, auditing, drafting and storage of CPs; and Laytime-Desk for managing demurrage claims and documents. The company plans to invest in the company's existing platform and accelerate its product expansion.
