In March 2026, Abacus Global Management agreed to acquire a minority stake in Manning & Napier, Inc. for approximately USD 53 million.
Manning & Napier provides investment solutions such as equity and fixed income strategies; wealth management; asset management and consultation services for separately managed accounts, mutual funds, and collective investment trust funds. Its offerings also include guide books for tax and wealth planning (tax & wealth planning guide), and wealth management (prosper: a guide to wealth management). Its client base includes high-net-worth individuals and institutions, ranging from 401(k) plans, pension plans, and Taft-Hartley plans, to endowments and foundations. Following the acquisition, Manning & Napier, Inc.
will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Callodine and plans to drive its next phase of growth, create opportunities for its employees, and further strengthen its ties to its communities.
