Based in Shenzhen, China and founded in 2024, Luming Robotics Technology (Shenzhen) Co. , Ltd. , dba Lumos Robotics, operates as a robotics company that mainly provides embodied robots and related components. In February and May 2026, Lumos Robotics respectively closed two rounds of series A1 and series A2 funding led by Mitsubishi Electric with participation from Puhua Capital, Wuzhong Financial Holdings Capital, Hundsun Technologies, Chinaheico, Kunlun Stone Capital and other investors, with a total financing amount of nearly CNY 1 billion. Lumos Robotics focuses on the research and development and production of embodied robots. The company's main products are full-size humanoid robots empowered with embodied AI (artificial intelligence) technology that are capable to perform various complex tasks, including object manipulation, navigation, and human-robot interaction. The products can be applied to multiple scenarios such as research and education, industrial automation and service and entertainment.

Lumos Robotics also develops robot key components such as robotic joint module, tactile-reactive grippers and sensors.
