  LQDX developed the liquid metal ink (LMIx) technology, which is a metallization chemistry process that enables the production of circuits up to 250 times denser than conventional Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) with advanced interconnects used for chiplet integration and 3D die stacking via through-silicon-vias (TSVs).
