Based in Shenzhen, China and founded in 2024, Shenzhen Guangzhi Space-Time Technology Co. , Ltd. , trading under the name Looki, is a developer of artificial intelligence (AI) interactive wearable devices. The company was co-founded by Yang Sun and Bocong Liu who are alumni of Carnegie Mellon University.

Its team members come from universities such as Tsinghua University, Peking University, the University of Toronto, the University of Illinois, and the London School of Economics. In January 2026, Looki raised over USD 20 million in series A funding led by new investor Ant Group, with participation from new investors Long Z Investment, Walden Catalyst and Zhongguancun Development Venture and returning investor BAI Capital. Looki's main product is Looki L1, a multi-modal inference wearable AI camera, supporting all-day shooting and featuring a built-in AI assistant to provide users with insights into their lives, generate event understanding, push highlight moments, and automatically edit daily vlogs. The company generates revenue by providing wearable AI interactive devices and platforms.
