Founded in 1993 and based in Chongqing, China, Loncin Motor is a large-scale comprehensive manufacturing enterprise integrating generator set business, agricultural machinery equipment business, light power business, and two-wheeled motorcycle business, and actively incubating and developing emerging businesses, using internal combustion engine core technology as its platform. From October 2013 through February 2014, China Science & Merchants Capital Management had sold its stake in Loncin Motor through several private placement for a total of CNY 400 million. The firm reduced its stake in Loncin Motor to 4. 582% after the sale. Its business covers motorcycles, engines, intelligent power supplies, drones, general aviation engines, new energy vehicles, and automotive parts.
