The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2024. The company is a cloud-based SIEM solution provider.
The product is called LogRhythm Axon, a Software as a Service (SaaS) version of our NextGen SIEM. It launched the first unlimited data offering in the SIEM market in 2019. It also has a self-hosted SIEM platform called LogRhythm SIEM, offering embedded modules, dashboards, and rules. Other products include LogRhythm NetMon, a self-hosted network traffic analytics, and LogRhythm UEBA, a machine learning module to detect insider threats.
The company generates revenue by selling its software as a service. Its customers are enterprises in need of cybersecurity protection and SEIM solutions. The merger in 2024 will support LogRhythm's product development and expand its services.
