Based in Miami, US, and founded by Darren Fish, Justin Turk (CEO) and Randy Bailey in 2017, Livegistics, Inc. is a software as a service (SaaS) company that provides cloud-based logistical tracking technologies to the construction and heavy hauling industries. In April 2022, Livegistics, Inc. raised USD 6 million in Seed funding co-led by new investors Black Operator Ventures and Refinery Ventures, with participation from other new investors Detroit Venture Partners, Reinventure Capital, and Tappan Hill Ventures.

As of April 2022, the firm has over 25 employees globally, and its technology is being used in six states and 13 landfills around the U. S. Some of the firm’s clients include Blaze Contracting, TKMS, Barton Malow Company, Homrich, etc. Livegistics connects all project stakeholders, contractors, trucks, and landfills, and offers core construction companies a cloud-based material management system to improve day-to-day operations and ensure transparency.

It instantly connects all project stakeholders to a GPS-tracked network of digital information. LTS-Civil is designed for Civil and Demo contractors, LTS-Trucking is designed for heavy hauling companies, LTS-Manifest/Source is designed for landfills and pits, and LTS-Manager is designed for companies that manage large-scale projects. The software tracks project progress, solves logistical challenges, and reduces scale wait time and customer service calls. The company intends to use the April 2022 funding to grow its hiring and marketing efforts, scale-up national contracts, and launch its platform's second edition in Q2.
