Founded in 2016 by CEO John Martin and based in California, US, Level Home Inc. operates as a provider of Level Lock, an invisible smart lock. In November 2021, Level Home Inc. raised USD 100 million in Series C funding led by investor Cox Communications, with participation from Wal-Mart.
In that same month the company acquired and merged with Dwelo, Inc. , provider of SaaS-based smart device management platforms for multifamily properties. The products developed by the company are Level Lock, Level Lock – Touch Edition, and Level Bolt. The company also offers a HomeKit Hub that enables users to lock and unlock the door through voice confirmation.
The products allow users to control locks, share lock access, and monitor who's coming and going through mobile devices. Level Home Inc. plans to use the Series C funding to support product creation, platform development, and expand the value for residents and managers across single-family, vacation rentals, and multifamily real estate.
