Founded in 2021 by Benjamin Lan Sun Luk and Edouard Schlumberger, and based in Paris, France, Ragnar Soft SAS trading under the name Leto is a legal technology platform that assists its customers in complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In December 2022, Leto raised EUR 1. 2 million in venture funding from 50 Partners, Kima Ventures, and Polymatter Ventures, with participation from individual investors. The firm’s customers include Spring, Luckycart, Qomon, The Artist Academy, Lepape, etc.

The company uses artificial intelligence (AI) to assist users in tracking and monitoring data across multiple platforms, in addition to automating GDPR compliance to provide automated data mapping of personal data, delete and modify users' personal data on requests, and sync privacy tasks with project management tools. Furthermore, the firm mitigates data privacy and protection risks, and incidents, and provides data transparency. The firm offers an Essential package at EUR 200/month, Ops package at EUR 600/month and a tailor-made package for larger organizations. The company intends to use the December 2022 funding to further expand its GDPR deployment in small and medium businesses.
