Based in Shenzhen, China and founded in 2016, Shenzhen LEQI Intelligent Technology Co. , Ltd. , trading as LEQI, is a developer of short-distance mobility tools and combines them with AIoT smart connectivity, intelligent physical interaction and smart robotics. The company set up a short-distance mobility R&D center in 2017, and jointly established an innovation center with the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) in 2018.

In 2019, three of the company's products put on the market passed the ABE certification of the German Ministry of Transportation and relevant international certifications such as UL/CE/PSE etc. In 2021, the company's products were selected by Huawei Smart Choice and entered into a strategic partnership with Huawei. Its executive team comes from LG, TCL and other Internet companies, while it also owns more than 70 global patents and software copyrights. In February 2026, LEQI closed venture funding from new investor Xiaomi Group, with participation from other investors.

The company mainly produces two-wheeled short-distance electric mobility products, including electric scooters D12, A6, S11 series and electric bicycles and balance bikes. Meanwhile, the company has self-developed electronic control system technology, which can realize the realization of intelligent interconnection, cruise control, light sense and other functions; electric drive system technology, sine wave drive, providing high torque and high motor energy recovery conversion rate; and thermal balance management system technology. The company generates revenue by selling and providing intelligent short-distance transportation solutions, including IoT-enabled devices and related services.
