In December 2024, Kreedo raised INR 100 million in venture debt funding from new investor Recur Club Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The company was founded by VK Manikandan and his wife Mridula Shridhar (CEO).
The company offers solutions for new and existing preschools, as well as k-12 schools, such as naming their school, marketing support, layout, admissions process, and running a premium preschool, which includes curriculum, educational materials, teacher and owner training, and assessment solutions. The firm provides a structured environment for children, activity-based learning/experiential learning, theme-based learning, freedom to choose learning materials, recognition of child's work, child-proportionate learning materials, freedom to choose/the place of work, and peer learning. The company plans to use the 2024 funding to grow its product offerings and expand its market reach in India.
