Klara Technologies, Inc. developed a smart messaging platform to reduce phone volume and eliminate call-backs.

It also automates and reduces time-consuming and repetitive workflows by providing smart message templates, voicemail transcription, task management, internal peer-2-peer messaging and task management. The company offers a wide range of features such as multi-channel messaging, which allows patients to contact their providers via text, web chat, or call-to-text. In addition, the firm’s platform supports secure, HIPAA-compliant messaging, enabling encrypted communication for sensitive patient information. The platform also includes voicemail transcription, intelligent message routing, and automated appointment reminders to improve workflow efficiency.
