Established in 2011 and based in Chengdu, China, Keydom operates as a highly integrated and secure mobile payment chips developer that provides highly integrated and secure mobile payment chips design, payment terminal manufacturing and industry IC and IT solutions. The company headquarters and R&D center are located in Chengdu. And it has marketing center and application center located in Beijing and Shanghai. In January 2019, the company made the list of the first approved unicorn enterprises in Chengdu.

In May 2021, the company established school of management. In April 2023, it raised over CNY 100 million in series C funding led by CCB International. The company cooperates with Bank of Communications, PetroChina and Health 100, etc. The core research team has about 400 employees and comes from Korea, University of Electronic Science and Technology, and Fudan University.
