In June 2022, Gyrus Capital, along with management agreed to acquire a majority stake in Katalist Group. The company employs more than 300 employees and has operations in Europe, Asia, North and South America. Katalist offers software and an IT-service platform for multi-cloud integration and digital transformation of retailers, wholesalers and distributors of the food and pharmaceuticals industries.
