Established in 2018 and based in Chengdu, China, JUYOU Bio-tech is a biopharmaceutical company specializing in the research and development of skin repair medicines, as well as the research and development of biomedical materials and bio-ingredients. The company has two R&D platforms, Xi'an Denovo Hesse and Chengdu Impregnation, and more than 3,000 square meters of R&D and formulation laboratories, and has published more than 100 clinical papers. In 2022, the company will join hands with the “China Population Skin Imaging Resource Bank” to jointly formulate the “2022 Skin Barrier White Paper”. In November 2023, it raised a strategic investment from new investors Chuchang Investment Group and CDH Investments.

The company is engaged in the research, development, and production of synthetic biological raw materials, biomedical materials, and dermatology-grade skin care products, including recombinant mussel mucin, type A recombinant type III humanized collagen, recombinant fibronectin, recombinant superoxide dismutase and other bioactive materials. The Company's products are categorized into three series: JUYOU, Dermocid and Yanmj. Specific products include Lactobacillus Amino Acid Cleansing Mousse, Medical Skin Repair Dressing, and a social e-commerce platform focusing on skin care. The company will use its first round of financing fund raised in October 2023 for synthetic biology biomaterials and product development.
