Returning investors Courtside Ventures, Will Ventures, Forerunner Ventures and individual investors also participated in the round.  Jump Platforms offers an operating system, which is a cloud-based platform that provides ticketing and event management solutions to sports teams, venues, and event organizers. The firm's system enables sports organisations and event planners to improve the fan experience and generate revenue with the help of real-time analytics.

It provides a variety of services such as personalised ticketing, food and beverage ordering, and merchandise purchasing, among others. The company provides a brand-new studio called Believer to develop a modern open world game based on a unique intellectual property. It also plans to offer services across ticketing, e-commerce, content and event experiences, including dynamic ticketing. The company will use the August 2025 funding to expand its unified fan experience platform by launching with NBA and WNBA teams and completing impactful seasons with early partners like NC Courage and NCFC.
