Jishi Yu

Based in Beijing, China, and founded in 2021, Jishi Yu is a software company that focuses on providing cross-border e-commerce sellers with intelligent customer service SaaS platforms. In May 2023, it released a new version that combines ChatGPT. In June 2023, it raised pre-series A+ funding from Ferry Venture Capital. Tao Bai, the founder, and CEO, graduated from the Department of Automation at Tsinghua University, and he has worked for China Mobile and UFIDA.

Co-founder and CTO, Yan Feng, has previously worked for China Mobile and is a co-founder of Wowotuan. The company focuses on providing an intelligent customer service SaaS platform for cross-border e-commerce sellers. The platform features automatic responses to AI messages, IM chat orders, user sentiment management, AI order management, global language translation, VOC (Voice Of Customer) data management, and data analysis reports. Customers can authorize multiple channels and stores with one click, and complete centralized management of customers through a unified operation interface.

Jishi Yu has developed multiple functions, including the automatic generation of email content, multiple rounds of conversations, intelligent quality inspection, and intelligent knowledge bases.
