Based in Washington, US, and founded in 2015, JIRAV, Inc. develops a cloud-based platform for financial reporting and analysis, aiming to streamline the corporate reporting process. The company was co-founded by Martin Zych (CEO), and Steven Turner (CTO). In July 2023, Jirav raised USD 20 million in series B funding led by investor Cota Capital, with participation from other investors Alumni Ventures Group, and Born Capital.

Returning investors, Bluefish Ventures, and Information Venture Partners, also participated in the round.    The company offers a financial planning and analysis (FP&A) software solution that brings together various data sources such as spreadsheets, accounting and finance, workforce and HRIS, and CRM. Their platform facilitates the analysis of financial data, examination of historical operations, and precise forecasting of bookings, revenues, workforce, expenses, and cash flows. This solution enables small businesses to create new models, integrate data sources, and eliminate the use of error-prone spreadsheets.

The platform serves a range of use cases, including annual operating plans, workforce planning, rolling forecasts, KPI and metric reporting, financial and management reporting, cash forecasting, and departmental budgeting.   The company generates revenue through its financial software, which offers different pricing tiers. The basic plan starts at USD 10,000 per year, while the Pro version is priced at approximately USD 15,000 per year for businesses. For accounting firms, the pricing ranges from USD 30 per month to USD 225 per month.
