Jiaren New Materials

Established in 2022 and based in Shaoxing, China, Jiaren New Materials is a developer of new material technology, mainly engaged in the production of recycled polyester and other businesses. The company is jointly invested and built by Jinggong Holding Group and Teijin Co. , Ltd. of Japan, and the technology team of Zhejiang Jiayin, joint Jinggong Science and Technology, and many domestic research institutes jointly develop the technology of regenerating 10,000 tons of recycled polyester by chemical method.

The company has a manufacturing base covering an area of 100 acres, with 45 existing invention patents. In May 2024, the company raised over CNY 100 million in a round of investment. The company uses a unique glycolysis-methanol ester exchange chemical recycling process to regenerate waste textiles into polyester products. Specific products include regenerated DMT, regenerated chips, and regenerated fibers, subdivided into compound products such as diisooctyl terephthalate and thermoplastic polyester elastomers.

The company now handles 40,000 tons of waste textiles annually and produces 30,000 tons of green recycled products annually. The company generates revenue from the sales of the recycled polyester products that are recovered from the recycling of used textiles. The company will use the strategic investment raised in May 2024 for the green recycled new material project with an annual output of 150,000 tons, which is under construction.
