Javelot

Based in Wasquehal, France, and founded in 2018 by CEO Felix Bonduelle and Vindicien Delcourt, Javelin SAS, d. b. a. Javelot operates as an ag-tech platform that offers connected solutions, such as thermometry, ventilation, and insect traps to store and monitor agricultural raw materials remotely.

In September 2022, Javelot raised EUR 10 million in a Series B funding from Arvalis, IDIA Capital Investissement, NextStage AM, Sparkling Partners, and Unigrains. The company provides a wide range of products for storage, such as single-sensor probes, multi-sensor probes, reading existing systems, automatic ventilation, adapted thermometry, and more to remotely control agricultural raw materials storage. Javelot also offers an Innovation silo, real-time training and support tool to monitor the management of stocks, remotely, and provide the necessary advice to storage farmers. In addition, the Innovative silo provides remote temperature monitoring, temperature monitoring accompanied by a recommendation of the right ventilation ranges, and temperature monitoring, and automatic triggering of ventilation, enabling reduction in ventilation costs, automatic and remote storage management.

Javelot plans to use its proceeds from September 2022 funding to optimize grain logistics as well as aims to monitor 50% of European grain within 5 years.
