Ironmark, formerly known as Frank Gumpert Printing, which was founded in 1955 and is headquartered in Maryland, was rebranded in 2015 because of multiple acquisitions. The firm offers web development, graphic design, marketing strategy, digital marketing and printing services. In June 2022, Post Capital Partners invested in Ironmark. As of July 2022, Jeff Ostenso is leading the company as its CEO.

The firm provides to healthcare and medical, manufacturing, financial and other multi-unit franchises. The firm uses its proprietary processes to deliver marketing and other creative services including brand strategy and consulting, graphic design services, copywriting and photography, event design, etc. The firm also provides web development and website design, hosting, and maintenance services to create responsive websites with custom content management solutions, online sales services and automating sales. Additionally, Ironmark offers digital marketing services such as content marketing, inbound marketing, social media marketing, search ad optimization, etc.

The company’s core services include print marketing which later expanded to include digital printing services, offset printing, book printing, mailing services etc. Furthermore, the firm provides logistics services including warehousing, web-to-print services, event management, sign installations, etc. The June 2022 investment will be used by the firm to invest in people, technology, and accretive acquisitions to further build upon its omni-channel marketing delivery platform.
