The platform offerings include deal flow management, fundraising, reporting, and investor services and the company’s client base includes investment banks, fund administrators, venture capital, private equity, credit, hedge funds, and real estate companies. Following the transaction, the two companies will merge to establish a combined company operating under the name InvestorFlow LLC, which will be headquartered in Menlo Park and have offices across North America.
