The company works with formally employed and independent Mexican workers to manage individual retirement accounts and invest savings through age-based SIEFORE funds. Services include account registration and transfers, voluntary contributions, pension guidance, statements, beneficiary registration, housing-subaccount records, data corrections, account consolidation, and total or partial withdrawals for retirement, unemployment, or marriage.

Its InverCap Afore Móvil app supports balances, transaction histories, statements, contributions, and selected withdrawals. Retirement advisers and customer-service specialists assist clients through 75 branches, telephone, web chat, WhatsApp, social media, webinars, and financial-education content. 54% of each registered or assigned worker’s balance. In a typical transaction, worker, employer, and government contributions enter an individual account; InverCap invests the funds through SIEFORE portfolios, maintains records, processes services, and deducts the regulated management commission. Public financial statements classify operating income as commission income. The company plans to integrate with Afore Coppel through a signed acquisition, subject to required regulatory approvals.
