Founded in 2018 by Siddhartha S (CEO), and based in Delaware, US, Intain Technologies Private Limited, dba Intain, is a blockchain-enabled digital platform with a focus on structured finance for use in capital market transactions. In July 2022, Intain Technologies Inc. raised venture funding led by new investors Blizzard Fund and JAM FINTOP. The firm has offices in India and the US.

Some of the firm’s clients and partners include Google Cloud Partner, Finastra, ASG Technologies, Microsoft for Startups, etc. Intain provides a platform called Intain Admin that enables transparent administration and servicing of asset data and contracts data using artificial intelligence to provide real-time, asset-level data to enable investors a complete view of their asset pools and portfolios. Using smart contracts, the platform also enables users to automate the creation and upkeep of transaction structures and streamline deal processes. To allow higher valuations and market efficiency, Intain's token-specific platform gives token holders the ability to track the value of the underlying assets behind their tokenized assets in real-time.

The company also provides IN-D, a location-independent, flexible, and cost-effective platform powered by artificial intelligence for repetitive tasks like KYC checks, claim processing and settlement, monitoring accounts payables, etc. The company intends to use the July 2022 funding to obtain intellectual property rights for its artificial intelligence software for validating assets while ramping up technical teams in India, and product and sales teams in the U. S.
