Its features include eCommerce tools such as white-label stores, AI-based personalization, search functionalities, and advanced eGrocery features. On the logistics front, it facilitates order management, smart delivery slot algorithms, picking and packing optimization, delivery hub management, and warehouse oversight.
The company's client base includes Supermercados Bravo, Grupo Amigão, Walmart, HEB, Supernosso, and Tienda Inglesa. The acquisition aims to expand its enterprise platform globally and accelerate international growth by adding Instaleap’s technology, local market expertise, and retailer relationships.
