Based in California, US, and founded in 2019, Rexera, formerly known as Inspect HOA, is a company that is revolutionizing the homeowners association (HOA) component of real estate transactions. In July 2025, RealPage, Inc. , a portfolio company of Thoma Bravo, acquired Rexera from Inventus Capital Partners, Z21 Ventures, MK Capital and SVQUAD. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Vishrut Malhotra (CEO), Atin Hindocha, and Anton Tonev are the co-founders of the company. The company provides solutions including document acquisition, HOA review, HOA search, and post-closing solutions. The firm handles all pre-and post-closing interactions with HOAs, including confirming critical data (lease restrictions, reserve levels), investigating ad hoc situations such as missing documents or litigation, and administering closing payments, deeds, and other documents. Its clients include Better, EasyKnock, Endpoint, Homeward, Spruce, and others across the title, lender, and investor space.

Inspect HOA generates revenue through its subscription plans, including the HOA search plan for USD 45, the HOA document acquisition plan for USD 79, the HOA review plan for USD 169, and the InspectHOA bundle plan for USD 275. The organization plans to use the March 2022 funding to help fund new product development and hiring efforts to increase its market adoption and revenue and also plans to launch solutions for HOAs.
