, a portfolio company of Eurazeo and PSG Equity, acquired Inpulse from TCD Capital, BACS-Innov, and High Flyers Capital. Financial terms were not disclosed. The company provides a line of solutions, including sales forecasting, procurement, inventory management, production planning, and technical data sheets. Impulse automates the theoretical stock level and feeds the forecasting algorithms with the help of the collection of sales data by reference and by channel, and this data synchronization also allows for a detailed analysis of sales and purchases.
The firm’s partners include 6Xpos, Acrelec, Cashpad, Innovorder, CSI, Jalia, Synapsy, Zelty, and others. Inpulse generates revenue through its pricing plans, which include purchase, IA, and enterprise options. The organization plans to use the recent funding to accelerate its development.
