In August 2025, OneAdvanced, a portfolio company of BC Partners and Vista Equity Partners, purchased certain assets of INPS, relating to the Vision Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system. Vision Health provides a comprehensive suite of healthcare IT solutions designed to enhance efficiency and patient care. Its GP Solution offers an all-in-one clinical system for managing consultations, decision support, appointments, tasks, and reporting, with secure remote access for modern practices. The Integrated Primary Care Solution enables ICSs to deliver joined-up care at scale, using data-driven insights to monitor patient health, optimize resources, and improve outcomes.

For CCGs and Health Boards, Vision Health’s Population Health Management Solution aggregates healthcare data across regions, presenting actionable insights through cloud-based dashboards and shared templates to influence change and reduce costs. These solutions are fully interoperable, support federated services, and are backed by training and support to ensure seamless adoption.
