Based in Antwerp, Belgium, and founded in 2010 by Jamal Al-Saifi, Innov Ad NV/SA, currently operating under Innovad Group is a global supplier of animal health and nutrition solutions, primarily for pigs and poultry. The company employs veterinarians and nutritionists who partner with customers to develop solutions to improve the health of livestock. The company supports over 200 customers across more than 65 countries. In December 2025, PAI Partners along with company's management agreed to acquire Innovad Group The company offers a variety of both welfare and technological additives, fulfilling various needs of the animal nutrition and health spectrum as well as enhancing feed quality.

Innovad Group offers products and solution including Escent S to improve productivity and control toxins and stress, Fibramax for rumen fermentation enhancer and fiber digestion aid, Lumance L for intestinal health solution to lower medication and improve performance, and Maxilys an antibacterial & digestive aid. In December 2025, PAI Partners along with company's management agreed to acquire Innov Ad NV/SA. The acquisition by PAI Partners will empower Innovad Group to accelerate organic growth, pursue strategic acquisitions, expand R&D capabilities, and build a scalable global platform, reinforcing its leadership in sustainable animal nutrition.
