About
Founded in 2017 and headquartered in Shanghai, INNOTIME focuses on breaking international monopolies in Form-Fill-Seal (FFS) systems and high-end packaging technologies. It is the first domestic company to implement engineering-level embedded AI-driven solid-state additive manufacturing for packaging equipment. In August 2025, it closed a round of venture funding from new investor Oriza Holdings. The company develops intelligent industrial software and automation equipment for precision control and real-time analytics.
Its core product lines include modular packaging systems, multimodal sensing platforms, generative AI modeling and cloud-edge collaborative controllers. These solutions address pain points in granular material transport and packaging, such as precision metering and adaptive control. The technology is designed to serve complex industrial environments in sectors such as aerospace, petrochemicals and pharmaceuticals. The company generates revenue through software subscriptions, equipment sales and integrated automation solutions.
Tiered licensing models and modular product offerings support a variety of deployment scales, from SMEs to large industrial enterprises. With new funding raised in 2025, INNOTIME plans to launch AI-enabled packaging and palletizing platforms targeting Southeast Asia and the Middle East. The company aims to achieve full localization of its embedded control systems, expand production capacity, and become a national demonstration project for AI-driven high-end manufacturing.
