In December 2025, XRHealth USA, Inc. , a portfolio company of Caixa Capital Risc, 20/20 HealthCare Partners, Flint Capital, CG Health Ventures, AI Capital, Asabys Partners, Mediterranean Towers Ventures, Bridges Israel, ENDRA, and Center for Technological & Industrial Development acquired Innerworld from Gaingels, Jumpstart Health Investors, National Institute on Drug Abuse, Launch Tennessee, and National Institute of Mental Health for an undisclosed amount.
