Founded as Unitech Systems and become Infogix in 2006, chaired by Early Stephens as CEO, and based in Illinois, US, Infogix, Inc. is a provider of solutions to govern, manage, and use data from operations and sales, products, and customer service to marketing. The company serves large to mid-size global organizations across a wide array of industries such as healthcare, financial services, property, and casualty insurance, telecommunications, and retail industry. In 2016, Thoma Bravo acquired Infogix, Inc.

In 2021, Precisely, a data integrity software provider acquired Infogix Inc. The company’s software allows users to remove data barriers and its products include Data360® which combines critical data management tools to extract value from data including 3D Lineage – a visual graph, and business-ready data catalog; data governance solutions such as data scoring, dashboards, and reporting, business data insights, and integrated data quality; and DQ+, the data quality solution offering quality checks across the entire data supply chain, and metadata documentation. Additionally, the company also offers Data360 Analyze, a solution to access, acquire, prepare, and analyze quality data with intuitive browser-based architecture. Infogix’s solutions include bootstrap data governance, and advanced control and also offer professional services comprising of program initiation, project assistance, and ongoing assistance; and product training such as on-site instructor-led classes, online instructions, and on-demand offerings.
