Based in Shanghai, China and founded in 2023, Shanghai Wuwen Xinqiong Intelligent Technology Co. , Ltd. , dba Infinigence AI is a company specialized in the development of AI (Artificial Intelligence) infrastructure. The company was jointly established by Yu Wang, a professor in the Department of Electronic Engineering at Tsinghua University, and Lixue Xia and Guohao Dai, two doctoral graduates from Tsinghua University.

The company has a wholly-owned subsidiary based in Beijing, China. In May 2026, Infinigence AI raised over CNY 700 million in series B funding co-led by Hangzhou Gaoxin Technology Venture and Grand Mount Capital with participation from Guoxing Capital, Chindata Group Holdings Limited, GF Qianhe, Leaguer Group, China Insurance Investment Fund, Tengrui Capital, Colorlight, China Capital Management, WizardQuant, Legend Capital, Fortera Capital and Yuanzhi Future. Infinigence AI focuses on the collaborative optimization of large-scale model software and hardware, building intelligent agent infrastructure, AI cloud and terminal intelligence, aiming to solve the problem of efficient and unified deployment of large-scale model algorithms to high-performance chips. As for AI cloud and intelligent agent infrastructure, Infinigence AI has developed the Infini-AI heterogeneous cloud platform providing standardized product capabilities such as intelligent agent service platforms and AI service platforms.

As for terminal intelligence, the company launched Infini-Megrez, a terminal-side full-modal understanding model and Infini-Mizar, an inference acceleration engine capable to integrate mainstream open-source models and agent visualization orchestration tools. The company's customers include Kimi, LiblibAI, Liepin, Zhipu AI and other large model industry companies. The company’s revenue is generated by developing and providing AI infrastructure. The company will use the series B funding for technology research and development, team expansion, and market development.
